Diana is a young Ecuadorian attorney who specializes in Intellectual Property Law.

She graduated from Universidad Ecotec in her hometown, Guayaquil, and pursued a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation at Universidad de San Andrés (UDESA) in collaboration with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the National Institute of Industrial Property of Argentina (INPI) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In addition, she has completed several Trademark courses by WIPO and earned certificates from Harvard University in the CopyrightX and Patent Law & Global Public Health programs, gaining a comprehensive understanding of intellectual property law on an international scale.

She has dedicated her professional practice to trademarks, providing counsel and strategic advice to businesses across various sectors. She recently joined the Moeller family, where she delivers tailored solutions for both national and international clients, ensuring the protection and enforcement of their trademark rights across multiple jurisdictions. Her responsibilities include trademark watch services, managing oppositions, negotiations, provisional refusals, cancellation actions for non-use, and other trademark related matters.

Outside of work, she enjoys photography, nature, animals, outdoor activities, learning about different cultures and traveling, all of which help her maintain a balanced lifestyle.
