Erik Perez Hernandez

Erik has a LLB from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), also a specialized post-graduate diploma in Intellectual Property Laws, as well specialized post-graduate diploma in Health and Regulatory Laws, both from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

He is skilled in the filing and prosecution of patent applications, industrial designs, utility models, trademarks, slogans, trade names and IP agreements before the Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Intelectual (IMPI) with over 8 years of hands-on experience in IP matters, highly focused on prosecution, protection and conservation of intellectual property rights to many domestic and foreign clients.

In his free time, he enjoys exercising, spending quality time with his cats, engaging in video games and attending live music concerts.
