Victoria de Lasa Andrés

Head of Trademarks Department/Attorney

Victoria has over 15 years of experience in the field of intellectual property. She joined Moeller’s Trademark Department in 2014.

She has specific experience handling the day-to-day management of groups. She also enjoys working with diverse clients, from start-ups to established and multinational businesses, across a wide range of sectors.

She leads the Trademark Department where she manages and guides clients through the complex issues surrounding trademarks: clearance and brand counseling, filing of applications, enforcement in oppositions actions, cancellations and disputes by advising on contentious and non-contentious matters with a regional perspective.

Victoria has an academic background in law and in Counseling Psychology Both degrees contribute to her profile through their combination of management and legal skills.
