Mariano received his civil and commercial law degree from the Catholic University of Argentina in 2012. He has been working at Moeller since 2014, having extensive contact with clients and colleagues from all around the world, and gaining experience in the IP field ever since.-

Hi practice focuses in strategy planification for trademark conflict resolution, in particular in connection to oppositions, rejections, provisional refusals, nullity and cancellation actions, et al, mainly in the Latin-American region, and emerging economies of Asia-Pacific and Africa.-

In 2017, Mariano obtained a diploma for further specialization in Intellectual Property from the University of Austral, one of Argentina’s most prestigious education institutions. He has the First Certificate in English (FCE – B2), and a Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE – C2) from Cambridge University.-

Outside the office, Mariano dedicates his free time to cooking, training and taking part in trail and mountain running competitions.-
