Eduardo Russomanno is a bilingual (English – Spanish) senior patent engineer working at present with Moeller IP in the field of chemistry. He worked 37 years as associate with Marval O’Farrell & Mairal.
He has experience in connection with patent searches, preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the chemical field, including reporting and responding to official actions, not only in Argentina but also working with foreign associates in most of the LATAM countries, USA and EPO. His experience also includes patent infringement analysis and the technical assistance in the prosecution of patent infringement actions before the Courts. He also worked in the preparation and prosecution of industrial designs and utility model applications, including infringement related matters. He attended several ASIPI Congresses wherein he had the opportunity to strengthen professional and personal ties with IP colleagues.
Eduardo studied Chemistry at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and Food Technology at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.
His personal interests beyond the IP are connected with the analysis of the historical social and political developments in Argentina.
He is a member of the Argentine Industrial Property Attorneys Association.
