Belén Berrutti

Belén joined Moeller’s Trademark Department in 2023 as a Legal Assistant. After earning her law degree from the Universidad de la República (Uruguay) in 2024, and due to her outstanding performance within the team, Belén transitioned into the role of Trademark Lawyer. She specializes in services related to anticounterfeiting, including infringement, border protection, domain name disputes, online monitoring, and conducting training seminars.

In addition to her work in anticounterfeiting, Belén assists and supports Trademark Attorneys across various areas, ensuring comprehensive legal solutions for clients.

Outside of work, Belén enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has a passion for traveling and exploring different cultures, as well as cooking and reading nonfiction books.

Qualifications:

• Lawyer (Universidad de la República, Uruguay).
• Fluent in Spanish and English, and basic knowledge of Portuguese.
