María Alejandra has a valuable expertise in the due diligence of intellectual property matters. She has worked for more than 7 years in the protection of intellectual property rights as an independent professional and for law firms.
She obtained her degree as a lawyer specialized in Economic and Business Law from the University of Buenos Aires, School of Law, UBA, where she has also attended a Postgraduate Course on Intellectual Property and International Trade.
She is an Industrial Property Agent and a member of the Public Bar Association in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
As part of the Trademarks team, María Alejandra is oriented to provide with personalized IP advisory services for national and international customers, in special, to go ahead with oppositions, official actions matters and administrative resources in order to achieve the granting of trademarks in Argentina.
Some of her interests are History of Art, Photography, Digital Marketing, Information Technology Law and, most of all, she loves enjoying life with her family.
