Our Business Development team is growing, and we are currently looking to hire an Intellectual Property professional for a Client Relationship Manager role, who is familiarized with German corporate culture. You will build and maintain business relationships with prospects and meet sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Create relationships with prospects and potential clients
- Nurture, expand and develop existing relationship with clients
- Address clients’ business needs
- Advise prospects and clients on services they might be interested in
- Schedule regular meetings with prospects and clients
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Conduct up-selling and cross-selling of services and products
- Study competition to find new ways to gain and retain clients
- Work diligently to meet sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. administrative clerks, paralegals, technicians, lawyers, attorneys, translators)
Qualifications
- Proven experience and knowledge in Intellectual Property
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Pipedrive)
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- Fluent in German and English
